Who we are

What we collect

We only hold the information you give us when you call, email or WhatsApp us, such as your name, contact details, the address of the job and any photos you send. This website has no forms, does not use cookies and does not track visitors.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to you, give you a quote, carry out the work and keep our accounts. We do not sell it or use it for marketing. If you ask us to recommend someone for other work, we will only pass your details to them with your agreement. Messages sent by WhatsApp are also handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We retain personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations. Invoices and records of work are retained for a minimum of six years.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by contacting us. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
